Credit Card Payments:
KayMueller.com uses PayPal to process secure credit card payments.You do NOT need a PayPal account and PayPal is a free service to buyers. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption for every transaction to ensure your security. PayPal only provides KayMueller.com with the items purchased and the shipping address. Our company never sees any of your credit card information.
To make a purchase using a credit/debit card, follow the normal checkout process and click on the Pay with PayPal button. PayPal's secure site pops up. At this screen you are given 2 choices, 1) Pay with PayPal OR 2) Pay with Debit or Credit Card. Choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card and enter your credit/debit card information for secure processing as a guest on the Paypal site.
PayPal Payments:
To make a purchase using PayPal, follow the normal checkout process and click on the Pay with PayPal button. Then choose Have a PayPal Account. PayPal's secure site pops up. Log in to your PayPal account and finish the payment process.

Within the United States:
*FREE SHIPPING on orders with $25 or more in purchases.
*$3.00 shipping on orders under $25.
*NO SHIPPING charged for local customers who pick up their purchases.(Burnet and surrounding area)

Shipping Policies
In-Stock Merchandise:
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after receipt of the order. However, we occasionally have shows out of town. In this case, you will be contacted and your order will be shipped within 2 business days of our return.
Out-of-Stock Merchandise:
Usually, an additional 2-4 days is necessary for jewelry items to be made. A longer delay is necessary if we must order supplies. You will be contacted under these circumstances.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Returns and exchanges are made in compliance with the following policies:
Regularly priced items:
Items returned within 10 days with original tags and receipt will be refunded the total amount paid minus shipping fees. Credit card purchases will be refunded by crediting the account used for payment.
Items returned after 10 days and before 21 days with original tags and receipt, will be accepted on an exchange-only basis. After 21 days, items are not accepted for return or exchange.
Sale items:
Items purchased on sale will not be refunded or exchanged. These purchases are considered final.
Custom orders:
All custom orders are considered final. Alterations may be accepted. Please contact us if you feel they are necessary.
Warranty
Each piece of Just Bead It jewelry is carefully handmade and our workmanship is guaranteed. If you have any problems within 4 months after purchasing, please return it to us for repair. Repairs will be made at no charge except for missing pieces. Shipping costs back to you will also be covered.
If you need repairs after the 4 month warranty and we still have the proper supplies on hand, we will be happy to restring for a fee of 75 cents per inch plus the cost of any replacement parts.
